Digital Products

E-Books, Recipe Collections, and Meal Plans

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, recipe collections, and meal plans are generally final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided or the content has been accessed.

However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the digital product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the technical problem cannot be resolved.

Online Cooking Courses

For online cooking courses:

  • If you have accessed less than 25% of the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • If you have accessed more than 25% of the course content, no refund will be provided.
  • To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request.

Physical Products

Cookbooks and Merchandise

For physical products such as printed cookbooks, cooking utensils, and other merchandise:

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

Subscription Services

Recipe Box Subscriptions

For our monthly recipe box subscription service:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
  • Cancellations received before the monthly billing date will prevent charges for the next billing cycle.
  • Once a monthly box has been shipped, no refund will be provided for that month's subscription.
  • If you receive a damaged box or are missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will send replacement items or provide a partial refund.

Premium Digital Memberships

For premium website memberships:

  • Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time, with no refunds for partial months.
  • Annual memberships may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within the first 30 days.
  • After 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Cooking Workshops and Events

For in-person or virtual cooking workshops and events:

  • Cancellation by You:
    • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another person.
  • Cancellation by Us:
    • If we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your registration to another date if available.
  • Rescheduling:
    • You may reschedule your participation in a workshop at least 7 days before the event date at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from Culinary Chronicles:

  • Cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Do not expire and have no additional fees.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.
  • May be used for any products or services available on our Website.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return or approve your refund request:

  • Refunds for digital products are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds for physical products are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, but typically takes an additional 2-10 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments will be refunded to the same card.
  • PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account.
  • Other payment methods will be refunded according to their specific policies.

Exceptions
